When it’s your kid’s birthday, they may want to take some snacks to share with their friends at school commemorating this. You don’t want to serve snacks with too much sugar so as not to get the other kids too hyped up to continue learning

So here are some healthy birthday snacks for school you could prepare, with or without your child.

Popcorn Cups

Decorate plain paper cups 12-oz in size with a photo of the birthday child, stickers or glitter and fill with the cups with homemade popcorn.

You could alternatively decorate miniature paper bags or buy popcorn bags or boxes in movie-theatre style.

Cut it into slices just like cake and sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the slices, serve with fruit salad for and the kids won’t even know the difference.

Cut up fruit into small cubes and put in cupcake wrappers for a more colorful, healthier version of a cupcake.

Layer your child’s favorite yoghurt flavor in clear plastic cups and alternate with fresh fruit like mangoes, strawberries or blueberries and top it off with a cupcake topper. Don’t forget to include spoons.
